The UK cover is really interesting - and as I'm in the UK I'm a bit annoyed with myself for not finding it before. Are the figures in the glass an artifact from the book? Because the girl looks distinctly blonde. If it is an artifact, do you think that's still a whitewashing decision not to feature Nimira on the cover?


I'm glad to hear you quite liked the book, I've been thinking about getting hold of a copy myself. Particularly glad to hear that, in general, the women are good as I'm always paranoid about that with YA.
